Delete your account

Inside the app

Open hrmnys on your phone, then tap Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm the prompt and your account is removed immediately.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email info@hrmnys.com from the address tied to your account and we will verify it’s you and delete the account for you within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your user profile and account record.
• All chat messages, voice transcriptions, and derived insights.
• Partner pairing (your partner is notified and unlinked).
• Push notification tokens registered to your account.
• Subscription receipts retained for tax/audit purposes are kept the legally required minimum and then purged.

Timeline

Deletion from our live database is immediate. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days as part of normal rotation.

If something goes wrong, email info@hrmnys.com from the address tied to your account and we will process the deletion manually within 30 days.
